Rates

The following are rates for three months or less, based on a month-to-month lease of 30 days. If you choose to take a lease longer than three months and/or two or more leases, we can negotiate rates.

$50 Application fee
$150 Deposit per apartment

1 Bedroom/1 Bath	750 Sq. Ft.	$1,500.00
2 Bedroom/1 Bath	950 Sq. Ft	$1,600.00
2 Bedroom/2 Bath	1066 Sq. Ft.	$1,700.00
3 Bedroom/2 Bath	1332 Sq. Ft.	$1,900.00

30-day minimum. Extensions of lease will be prorated for actual days resident will occupy the apartment after fulfillment of the lease. Arrangements must be made in advance. Any rents paid will not be refunded. Rent charges will accrue until keys and parking tags are returned.
